Blackhawk: Connections Team

We want Blackhawk to be a place where you can feel connected and experience real personal growth, whether you're new to the church or a long-time member. Sometimes the kind of connection that produces growth involves being ministered to; sometimes it happens in the context of ministering to others. Blackhawk's Connections Team provides consultations to help you find the place in the church where it seems most likely for God to work in and through the unique person He's designed you to be.

Consultations are simply one-on-one conversations with trained Connections Team members about who you are, what opportunities for growth and service exist at Blackhawk, and how you want to proceed in getting connected. If, as a result of the consultation, you identify a connection you want to make, the consultant will help you get in touch with the appropriate team leader.

Connections consultations work best when you come to the conversation with some knowledge of your spiritual gifts and temperament. The Finding Your Niche class, which ends with an optional connections consultation, is a great way to explore how God has designed you with a unique blend of passions, temperament, and giftedness.

Consultations are available with or without the Finding Your Niche class.
