FOR LIFE GROUPS
Blackhawk offers a four-week marriage series called Marriage Matters. It’s designed for Blackhawk life groups made up of married couples. The series touches on topics such as family-of-origin issues, different personalities, and what a culture of mutual submission in marriage might look like. Light homework is required. For more information, contact Steve Rodgers or 608.828.4207.
It’s a myth that counseling is only for marriages in trouble. Couples in perfectly healthy marriages regularly meet with counselors to be proactive and to sharpen their communication and conflict-resolution skills. If you think your marriage would benefit from seeing a counselor, check out Blackhawk’s Care Resources. Financial assistance is available.
If you have suggestions of additional resources that you think would benefit married couples, please email Steve Rodgers.
