If you are a young adult in our community, welcome. We are so glad you’re here! The young adult season of life is full of possibilities and also full of instability. We know that many of you may be starting new jobs, working your way through grad school, and managing new relationships in the midst of a lot change. We want to come alongside you and give you a place to connect to other young adults in your season.
If you’re new to the young adult community at Blackhawk and want more information on what we’re up to, please complete this form. We’re so excited you’re here!
February 9 and March 1 | 6:00-8:00 pm, Upper House
In the midst of our busy and sometimes complicated lives, God uses our stories to shape, sharpen and encourage us and those around us. It’s God’s way of inviting us into His ongoing redemptive story of the world.
Recognizing this, we want to give space, tools and training to young adults as we sit with and encourage one another in the process of reflecting on our own stories. Join us for Story Collective, a gathering for young adults to share their stories—their developing, sometimes hard, yet remarkable and beautiful stories. Come and share, connect and listen. We can’t wait to hear your story.
Each Open Table will consist of the same group of 8-10 Young Adults gathering in homes across the city. Each group will meet three times for dinner. The first two dinners will be provided by the host. The third and final dinner will be a potluck. Check back for future dates.
