Since 2002, the Blackhawk Hispanic Church Plant team has joined several local churches in praying for and supporting the planting of a Spanish-speaking Evangelical Free church in Sun Prairie that reaches out to local Hispanic families.

Sunday services at Iglesia Nueva Vida (New Life Church) began in early 2004. The pastor is from Mexico, and he spends a lot of time developing friendships with families in Sun Prairie, sharing the gospel, and serving them in practical ways. The Evangelical Free Church Forest Lakes District hopes to plant a few more Spanish-speaking churches in the Madison area.

Iglesia Nueva Vida worship services are held at New Crossing Church,
686 Progress Way, Sun Prairie at 3 PM on Sundays.
