Because we live in Madison, "the world" comes to our doorstep and we have a wonderful opportunity to meet and touch the lives of people from many different countries and cultures - both through the University of Wisconsin and in the community at large. Blackhawk is involved in two main areas of outreach in the Madison area, to those who have come here from other countries:
