Engaging in the Community & Connecting Globally
Impact Ministry mobilizes Blackhawk Church to join God in his work of compassion, justice, reconciliation, equity, and restoration by building relationships, bridging divides, and continually striving to engage, learn and serve. We come alongside communities and partner with organizations to work together for the flourishing of all, in Dane County and globally.
Donating blood is essential to community health and right now donors are needed to keep a consistent blood supply during this ongoing fight against coronavirus. Blackhawk is partnering with the American Red Cross and hosting two blood drives in January. Together we can love our neighbors in the community by donating this life-giving resource.

SERVING IN THE COMMUNITY & GLOBALLY
Serving and loving our neighbors is an integral part of following Jesus and is valuable in our spiritual growth. We encourage everyone who calls Blackhawk their church home to humbly learn, build relationships and serve alongside our neighbors in Dane County and beyond. Interested in serving but not sure where? Tell us more and we’ll be in touch.
GO Teams (Short-term Trips)
**2021 GO Teams Announcement**
As a church, we have made the decision to cancel GO Teams for the 2021 season. This was a difficult decision that was not made lightly. Due to COVID-19 concerns both in the US and globally, we believe this is the wisest decision for both our members and our partners. We remain deeply committed to our ongoing partnerships and will continue to invest in these relationships in the absence of GO Teams.
