Whether you heard about Blackhawk from a friend or recently joined us for a worship service, we’re glad you’re here. We want Blackhawk to be a place where you can feel connected and experience real personal growth. Check out the opportunities below, specifically designed for getting to know others and the basics of Blackhawk:
- Discovering Blackhawk is an opportunity to learn “why we do what we do the way we do it.” Senior Pastor Chris Dolson leads this Sunday evening session about once a month. It’s a great place to get your questions answered and also meet others who are relatively new to Blackhawk. Anyone is welcome. No registration is necessary. Contact Ashley Moore for more information.

Fireside Room (201), Brader Way - Meet the Dolsons is an informal “get to know you” gathering hosted by Senior Pastor Chris Dolson and his wife Becky at their home. Meet the Dolsons is scheduled on a Sunday evening about once a month. Contact Ashley Moore (828.4200) for information.
- Seeking the Truth is a six-week small group experience offering a safe place to ask tough questions. If you find yourself asking, “How do I know God exists? How can anyone say that Jesus is the only way? Why should I trust the Bible?” then Seeking the Truth may be for you. Email Carmen Boyd if you are interested in joining a group. If a group is not available at the time of contact, you can elect to be on a waiting list for the next Seeking the Truth group.
